Meet the Founders

Tim Chaffin – Co-Founder
Tim Chaffin is a lifelong entrepreneur with a remarkable track record, having launched and operated over 30 businesses across multiple industries. His real estate journey began in 1985, when he started buying and renting homes and apartment buildings. Partnering with his brother, a skilled contractor, Tim was flipping houses before the term “house flipping” became mainstream.

In 2002, Tim deepened his expertise by enrolling in advanced real estate training—and quickly stood out. Within a short time, he was invited to become an instructor for the very program he completed. Since then, Tim has trained thousands of real estate investors from around the globe, helping them build wealth through proven strategies. It was during one of these training events that he met Igor Dimitrijevski.

Igor Dimitrijevski – Co-Founder
Igor holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and brings a strong background in programming, automation, and data systems. His introduction to real estate investing came through the same educational company where Tim was teaching. In fact, Tim was Igor’s mentor.

Driven by a passion for innovation and financial markets, Igor went on to develop powerful AI-based day trading software while simultaneously creating educational courses to help others navigate the world of day trading. Recognizing the synergy in their skills and vision, Igor and Tim joined forces to launch this company—blending cutting-edge technology with time-tested investment principles to help others achieve financial freedom.
