Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 72 hours for refunds and 30 days for exchanges. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund however you may be able to receive full credit towards the purchase of other products or limited services. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your services must not have been activated, scheduled or used, depending on the product or services purchased.

Non-refundable items:

  • Courses that have been activated
  • Downloadable software and related products
  • Any products that have been downloaded such as indicators, spreadsheets or software

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted:

  • Time used for coaching or consulting
  • Remaining account balance credited towards upgraded purchases.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange or credit items if they are being used as a credit towards a higher priced purchase.
