20 – 1 Hour Consulting Package

Twice as many as the 10 call package, at a better price.  20 hours of one-on-one calls with your mentor.  Use each call to answer specific questions or discuss any real estate challenge you need help with.  Calls can be virtual or on the phone depending on what works for the need.  Topics can include but are not limited to business planning, fund raising, evaluating deals, negotiating or closing a deal, reviewing strategies, theories or processes, etc.  This product is recommended for use after the live Mentorship or prior to your live mentorship to help get you started if you’re not able to schedule it right away.  In this package you get 20, 1 hour calls with the mentor of your choice.
